Remember that when cleaning the surface of your tub that you do NOT use any cleaner with little scrubbing grit.
Using this type of cleaner on any acrylic surface will put little scratches in the surface.

pump not turing on
it sounds to me like the air button may not be working. You may have a small hole in the bellows which is the part that sends the air down the air tubing to the air switch in the motor. If there is not enough air being pushed down to the switch it will not activate the motor. You need a new air button or a new air switch in the motor. Pull the pump out and plug it into an outlet. take a straw and blow into the air switch while the pump is plugged in. it the motor turns on then you know you need an air button on the top of the tub. If the motor does NOT turn on then you need an air switch for the motor.
Tub Not Coming on anymore
our tub is not coming on anymore. we push the button that turns it on and off and have to push it multiple times in order to get the pump to come on or turn off.

Tub not used frequently
the problem is bacteria building up in the water lines once the water dries. You should be using a jet cleaning product to clean the water lines out before they dry.
We have several different good cleaners on our site that all work well at keeping bacteria out of your water lines.
You can click on the link below and it will show you what is available.

Problem with the Bathtubs / Whirlpools
We use our jacuzzi once every two weeks. Every time we get small black particles of debris of some sort that sticks to the side of the tub. What is the problem?
Replacement jet trim
The first place to start when updating your jetted bathtub is to look at the suction cover. That is the piece in the tub with all the tiny holes in it. There is usually a PN (part number) on this piece. There are not other part numbers on any of the other items in the tub. Nothing on the jet covers (escutcheons) or the air controls. If you can figure out the brand of the suction cover then that will usually be the same brand of Jet Trim and air controls and air button.
you can begin your search on our site by shopping by the brand of your bathtub. We have been able to identify most of the pieces inside each brand of tub shown on our site. www.uspartscenter.com
if you are unable to match up what you have in your bathtub to what is shown online you may email us photos of what you have and we will match them up for you.
